Due Diligence Resources

On this page I will be adding links to resources to help you avoid scams and questionable programs.  Many Affiliate Marketers will argue with what they see here because they are involved with something that fits the definition of a Ponzi or other scam.

A word of advice if you are considering getting into anything.  If the Federal Trade Commission or other agency authorized to investigate or prosecute scams and questionable business have put out guidelines on what is a scam, pay attention to those guidelines!  Those are the agencies that can (and often will) prosecute you and charge you with criminal activity.

Many people have ignored the guidelines and gone forward promoting programs that were obviously Pyramid schemes or scams and they have paid the price though indictments, jail time, fines and even seizure of their assets.  You do not have to be the creator of a scam to be legally liable all you have to do is promote it.

Agencies are making it easier than ever for victims of scams, ponzis and pyramid schemes to report them.

I see, I suppose that would have to be the case.
